Terms and conditions of use

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases through the website Isew2.co.uk

YOUR STATUS
By placing an order with us you warrant that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(b) You are at least 18 years old

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your shop goods order at any point up to time of dispatch.

If you need to cancel a workshop booking then we will offer a full refund if you cancel within seven working days beginning on the day after you have received the booking confirmation, but you agree that this right to cancel will not apply if the date of the workshop is less than seven days away.

There is no right for you to cancel the workshop after seven days, however if you are unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date, providing we can fill your booking on the cancelled date. If you prefer, you may send someone in your place, giving us their contact details in advance, and confirmation has be made by third party. If there are insufficient numbers for a class, or adverse weather, I Sew 2 reserve the right to cancel or change dates of classes.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the unused item to us in its original re-saleable condition within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is recommended you obtain proof of postage (e.g. recorded delivery or certificate of posting} and have the cost of the goods covered in case the items go missing in transit. Where an item is faulty we may at our discretion refund the return shipping cost paid

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are in stock but if for unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the price paid of the unavailable products(s). If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible. All communications will be done by email. We, at this time only trade in the UK using £ sterling.

PRODUCT DETAILS
All products have a photographic image, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are clearly displayed at the checkout. Estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days. We will not liable for any delay in delivering goods that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control (including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather, fire, explosion, flood, inability to use transport networks, etc.)

ORDER PAYMENT
Payment can be made using options shown at checkout, through Paypal’s secure gateway. Payment is subject to the gateway terms and conditions. Please note that you can shop with confidence knowing that your card details will not be accessible to I Sew 2 as your details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not give your personal information to any third parties.

RIGHT TO VARY TERMS & CONDITIONS
I Sew 2 reserves the right to revise and amend the Terms & Conditions when ever necessary to reflect changes in market conditions, payment methods, laws or regulatory requirements.
